Whitepine Studios

We will continue to explore the colorful world of fiber arts! Using materials such as yarn, thread, fabric, felt, and more, students will explore a variety of creative techniques including weaving, stitching, wrapping, and simple fabric collage.

Each week will introduce a new fiber-based project that helps build fine motor skills, patience, and artistic expression. Kids will learn the basics of how fibers are used in art and get to create fun, one-of-a-kind pieces like mini wall hangings, stitched designs, and more.

No prior experience is needed—just a love for texture, color, and creativity! All materials are provided.

You do not need to have taken the first Fiber Arts class to join this next session. If you’re new to the medium, you’ll be guided every step of the way. And if you did attend the first session and enjoyed it, we’d love to have you back—this round will feature all-new projects to keep your creative energy flowing!

No Class on November 27th

Students must be 7 years or older to enroll. This class needs 3 participants to run. If the class does not meet enrollment you will be fully refunded.

We welcome all aspiring artists of all ages and abilities. However, if your child requires additional assistance or needs individualized attention, please call the studio before you enroll your child in group lessons. Artists must be able to follow directions and work independently. Thank you.

Partnership with Brecon Grille and Pub - Bring your Whitepine Studios registration receipt to Brecon Grille & Pub any Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evening during the month of November. When you dine in and spend $50 or more (excluding alcohol and sales tax), Brecon will generously donate 20% to the Brecon/Whitepine Studios Scholarship Fund—helping us provide creative opportunities to individuals who may not otherwise be able to attend.
