In this hands-on class, you will learn the basics of resin art, including 1:1 epoxy resin mixing, colorants for different effects, and the art of pouring and curing resin. One exciting technique you'll explore is the "direct pour," where various resin colors are combined to create a beautiful marbled effect.

In this class, you'll create your very own Bamboo Cutting Board with Handle, which will feature a marbled resin design. This functional piece can be used for both serving and cutting, and it doubles as a striking centerpiece for your home.  We will using black and white paint with a choice of a metallic and an accent color.

• Board Size: The cutting board provided will be 21.5 x 8.75 inches, perfect for creating a resin design and serving as both a beautiful decor item and a practical kitchen tool.
• Minimum Class Size: The class requires a minimum of 8 participants to run.

• How do you care for the cutting board? To care for your resin cutting board, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth. For heavy use, we recommend occasional oiling of the wood to keep it nourished and looking fresh.  
• Can it be washed with soap and water? While you can gently wash your cutting board with mild soap and water, we advise avoiding prolonged soaking or harsh scrubbing, as this can affect the wood and resin finish. Always dry it promptly to maintain its appearance.
• What type of wood is the board made of? The cutting board is made of bamboo, a sustainable and durable material that complements the resin design while being environmentally friendly.
