Summer Art Adventures - Ceramic Handbuilding - Splash & Sculpt!
Dive into creativity this summer with Splash & Sculpt clay camp inspired by watery summer fun! Campers will explore the art of clay while crafting projects that bring the best of summer to life. This hands-on camp is perfect for kids ready to make a splash in the world of ceramics. From designing playful pool floaties, building mini sandcastles, to sculpting essential lifeguard gear like a whistle, every project is packed with summer vibes and creativity. Whether you're shaping waves of imagination or molding sandy memories, this clay camp promises a week of sun-soaked fun and artistic discovery. Let's make a creative splash together. (Artists MUST BE AGE 7 on the first day of camp, and no older than age 13.)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ ALL!
Please check your child in at 8:55 am. Pick up promptly at noon Monday-Thursday; 11:30 am on Friday. Please note that we do not offer before or after childcare.
Parking is located in the lot behind the studio and limited parking on Michigan Avenue at the front entrance to the studio. Additional parking lots can be found behind Mac's Acadian Seafood, Dan's Tavern and on any of the residential side streets.
Artists should bring a nut-free snack, and a refillable water bottle with a lid. We kindly ask that you avoid bringing fruit cups with juice, as they can be messy. First and last names should be on all personal belongings. Food may not be shared.
Important Allergy Reminder:
For the safety of all campers and our staff, please note that our camp is a peanut and tree nut-free environment. Any snack items containing these ingredients will not be permitted. We kindly ask parents and caregivers to check food labels to ensure that all food items are both peanut and tree-nut free. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping everyone safe.
We welcome all aspiring artists of all ages and abilities. However, if your child requires additional assistance or needs individualized attention, please call the studio before you enroll your child in camp. While we provide support and encouragement, artists must be able to follow directions and work independently. Thank you.
