Building Bridges to a Brighter Tomorrow Through Art - A Community Painting Event
Whitepine Studios is proud to collaborate with Saline's Building Bridges leadership to offer the first in a series of events, this one focused on community togetherness through the power of art. Building Bridges is a passionate, community-driven initiative dedicated to fostering kindness, love, and acceptance for all. By working locally to bring people from diverse backgrounds together, they promote mutual respect and aim to build a stronger, more compassionate community where every individual feels valued and included. They are developing a series of events that will take place every 4-6 weeks throughout Saline, each featuring a different medium through which to explore cultural and personal experiences. Every gathering will be held at a different community location and will include small group discussions to help us get to know each other better.
The painting we’ve designed for this event symbolizes the many pieces that make up our beautiful community and the bridge that connects us all. You’ll have the opportunity to customize the colors and other elements to reflect your personal style. Paintings will be created on 11x14 canvases, with all materials provided—no experience necessary! By the end of the afternoon, you’ll leave with an inspirational piece of art that you’ll be proud to display.
Join us for this joyful afternoon of painting, learning, and conversation. We encourage you to bring a photo of one of your favorite artworks to share, so we can explore together how art inspires and moves each of us!
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to this event for a full refund.
