Summer Art Adventure Camp - Handbuilding Ceramics - A Holiday Adventure
Join us with TJ Pottery this summer for a festive mini-camp of clay and imagination, for three mornings from July 1-3, 9am to Noon! Over the span of three days, you'll have holiday-themed clay projects making spooky pumpkins and ghosts, whimsical snowmen and winter trees, leading up to the grand finale of crafting a patriotic plate adorned with stars. This ceramic journey promises to be an unforgettable summer experience!
CAMPERS MUST BE AGE FIVE ON THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP AND HAVE COMPLETED A YEAR OF KINDERGARTEN.
Camp runs from 9 am to noon Monday-Wednesday. Please check your camper in by 8:55 am. Pick up promptly at noon. We do not offer before or after care for campers.
Parking is located in the lot behind the studio and limited parking on Michigan Avenue at the front entrance to the studio.
Campers should bring a nut-free snack, and a refillable water bottle with a lid. Campers’ first and last names should be on all personal belongings. Food may not be shared among campers.
The glaze we use can leave stains, so campers should wear old clothing or bring along a smock or an old t-shirt that may be left at the studio. Campers should also wear comfortable closed toed shoes.
All projects will be fired by the instructor in her kiln and returned to the studio within two weeks. Parents will be notified by email when projects are ready for pick up.
We welcome all aspiring artists of all ages and abilities. However, if your child requires additional assistance or needs individualized attention, please call the studio before you register. Thank you.
Please carefully review our cancellation/transfer policies. https://whitepinestudios.org/art-adventure-camps/

Our 9 year old daughter loved this camp! The instructors were kind and patient. The art show was such a nice touch at the end to see what they have been up to all week. So many wonderful pieces of art!
Thank you for creating such a positive, fun experience for my 12-year-old! She absolutely loved every second of camp this week! We will definitely be back!
