Grab your sunglasses and get ready to embark on an artistic journey that explores the wonders of the beach and the mysteries that lie beneath the ocean waves. During this week, we'll don our creative hats and experiment with a dazzling array of mediums – from vibrant paints to textured collages, colorful markers, and more. Artists will unleash their imagination and artistic flair as they create unique pieces inspired by the joy of beach adventures and the enchanting mysteries of the deep blue sea. But that's not all – buckle up for an underwater expedition where we'll explore rare sea creatures that inhabit the ocean's depths. And who knows? Along the way, we might just stumble upon mythical sea monsters that fuel the imagination and add an extra touch of magic to our artistic endeavors.

Summer Art Adventures are filled with fun and creative art projects. We only use the highest quality 2D and 3D mediums to give your child the best art experience. Our art instructors are graduates of the University of Michigan School of Art and Design and have studied abroad at SACI in Florence, Italy. 

Our program runs from 9 am to 4 pm Monday-Friday. Please check your child in by 8:55 am. Pick up promptly at 4 pm.

Parking is located in the lot behind the studio and limited parking on Michigan Avenue at the front entrance to the studio. 

Artists should bring a nut-free lunch, 2 snacks, and a refillable water bottle with a lid. First and last names should be on all personal belongings. Food may not be shared.

Artists should bring sunblock, sneakers, and sun hats for outside break time, weather permitting. 

On the last day of the week parents are invited to the studio at 3 pm for an “art show.” This is a special time for artists to share their work with their parents, grandparents, siblings, etc., and an opportunity for you to speak to our instructors.

We welcome all aspiring artists of all ages and abilities. However, if your child requires additional assistance or needs individualized attention, please call the studio before you register. Thank you.
